1. Services Offered

We provide:

• DJ Service – Professional DJ with sound system and curated music.
• Photo Booth Service – Booth setup with props, attendant (if included), and digital/print options.
• Both DJ & Photo Booth – Combined package for full entertainment.
• Add-ons (if requested) may include: extra hours, custom backdrops, props, prints, and more.

2. Client Responsibilities

To ensure a smooth event, the Client agrees to:

• Provide adequate space and power outlets for equipment.
• Allow venue access for setup at least 2 hours before the event.
• Confirm that the venue permits DJs and/or Photo Booths.
• Outdoor Events: Client must provide a tent, canopy, or shelter to protect all equipment from rain, direct sun, and wind. If coverage is not provided, we may refuse service for safety reasons, and no refund will be given.

3. Payments & Cancellations

• A deposit is required to secure the booking (non-refundable).
• The remaining balance must be paid by the agreed date.
• If the Client cancels within 2 days of the event, the full balance may still apply.
• If we cannot provide services due to unforeseen circumstances, all payments will be refunded.

4. Liability

• We are not responsible for venue restrictions, power outages, or weather conditions.
• The Client is responsible for any damages caused to equipment by guests.

5. Media Use

Unless otherwise requested, event photos/videos may be used for promotional purposes.

6. Agreement

By submitting our enquiry form and checking the box that links to this page, the Client confirms that they have read, understood, and agreed to these terms.
